A Twist of the Chin, so slight the Jaw

by lil, aries - Not entered

A twist of the chin, so
slight the jaw spins the lips
at the end of the kiss.
Like his hands as they first grasp
the sides of her face,
her jaws,
pulling her in,
his lips taking lead,
seemingly pressing and pulling
with her,
straining against the confines of his flesh,
to merge with hers;
And to pull away,
such agony!
And so he must turn his jaw,
to taste her sweet lips one last second
before finally parting from her...
Her face now in his chest,
his arms so tight around her she could readily
melt,
he nuzzles his face into the back of her neck,
breathing in her perfume
and blessing himself for being with her that night.

Reason for writing:

I watched a boy who I had a passionate crush on kiss another girl in a directing scene. I was in the front row, and to see his lips pull away from hers was both agony and absolutely inspiring.
