What Dwells Within

by ShugiDoo MadCoyote - Not entered

I don't think you can ever know
What truly dwells within my soul,
A mad hunger to consume the world
And sail the winds with lust unfurled.

A different Life do I percieve
Than the one you live in and believe,
The guareded Truth of what I feel
Is the only thing that makes it real.

Don't want to lead or be led
To be left alone instead,
There is far too much to know
To blindly do as I am told.

I can not fathom why
We allow our lives to just slip by,
Because in the end
We answer only to ourselves my friend.

Reason for writing:

I wrote this slag heap because I was feeling snooty and impatient, i still feel the way the poem writes, but i am more , uh..understanding of things..hmm, yeah, sounds right.
I submitted it because Felipe my pet owl turd, said that maybe I could pick up some chicks writing some of this shit down. I told him I could pick up broads without writing this shit down, and he sed,' aah, why aren't you?' ,,hmm, so here it is.
