When I think about it I can't believe how superficial I was Wanting to get to know you for just your looks Isn't life surprising? you said to me Which was odd For I was the one that approached you We talked for what seemed like forever And the next thich I knew I was falling in love with you I gazed into your eyes I was falling in love with a look on your face A simple look that amazed me I was getting lost in that look While you sat next to me, talking Talking about everything I suddenly get tired Realizing my world turning upside down from under me And slowly, resting my head on my hands, I fall asleep You softly touch my arm Which makes me jump You should go to bed you tell me In the uncomfortable thing they called a bed I slowly fall asleep Thinking about that look I fell in love with The next morning We see each other But don't acknowledge the other is there Then I look at your face The same face from the night before Where is that look? Suddenly my fears get pushed aside I see the look, the look I fell in love with The look of love
