Innocence

INNOCENCE

Innocence was fashioned
By the Hand that is Divine
And witnessed by the Angels
At the beginning of time;

A child’s trademark is his innocence
Imprinted by the Creator
Upon the fabric of his soul;
Upon the moment of his birth
A child adds beauty to this lonely universe
And scents  the air
With the sweet fragrance of purity and love
To gaze upon a baby’s eyes
Is to take a glimpse of paradise
For in the eyes of babes are found
The perfect likeness of our Creator
And an immaculate essence of heart and soul
That is so profound and beautiful
