A stranger in your eyes Wrapped up in lies Waiting for a chance To make our hearts dance. You are so far away Too far to make you stay Waiting for you To start my life anew. My heart will forever hold sway Until my life fades away.
Reason for writing:
I wrote this poem because there was this guy who I really liked and I thought I had no chance with him.
I was proved wrong, we've been going out for a year now.
