Broken Glass

by Erica Kimball virgo - Not entered

I'll always remember you
as faint or as uproared
sitting here remorseful
my heart ever so vacant
the broken glass
displays our love
broken, useless and weathered
unconventional
The rain then sudden change to a rainbow
displays our souls
enjoying each others pain
it happened so sudden
like a spark
you liked cars and you proved it
some many stars
hung from the sky
and you watched
as the sun dissapeared
one more drink you said to the bartender
unaware it was your last
as you left
it was dark
the stars started to fall
all you could see was your life
flashing before your eyes
and that sudden dizzy feeling
coming over you like a black raincloud
tossed and thrown into the wind
like a rose of many in a wedding bouquet
in the eyes of you i saw a fear
like none i've ever seen
it started to rain
and those were my tears
I'll never forget what you said to me
as you were leaving
Its hard to live a life knowing no one's
ever going to be there for you

Reason for writing:

    i wanted to
