The walls came crashing in last night Down upon my soul They crushed everything inside me Everything I will ever know All was pushed into my gut I've tripped and fallen in a deep rut My life has fallen apart I carry such a burdened heart It didn't take long For everything to go wrong Nothing can be fixed The pin and hurt have been mixed My soul has been broken And together the pieces won't fit There is a jagged edge And I have stepped to the ledge
