to forget you is the FUTURE.
and the PRESENT is i'm trying.
the PAST is when you loved me.
but TODAY i can't help crying.
you said we had a FUTURE.
but TOMORROW is far away.
YESTERDAY i believed you.
but the dream is gone TODAY.
the FUTURE is looking grim.
and the PRESENT brings me tears.
the PAST is just a memory
to last throughout the years.
the FUTURE is so empty.
at the PRESENT i want you here.
YESTERDAY you loved me.
but not TODAY i hear.
the FUTURE is gone.
TODAY we had to part.
YESTERDAY i didn't think
you'd go and break my heart.
the FUTURE will not happen.
TODAY you went away.
i guess our love is in the PAST
through TOMORROW it couldn't stay.
the FUTURE is my hope.
and the PRESENT is to cry.
but all i see is the PAST
since you said good-bye.
