SWEET MEMORIES

SWEET MEMORIES
What memories I have
Of days so long ago;
We lived in a small one horse town
In winters, lots of snow!!
Herbie,Erma,and Arthur,too
Would grab their sleds and go
Down the biggest hill you'd see,
Sometimes their sleds were slow.
Then Anita, Bob and I would start
But sleds, we didn't own;
So on a piece of cardboard box;
Down that hill we'd go!
We'd laugh and play and giggle some
As down the hill we'd go;
We passed the sleds that went ahead
All covered with deep snow.
My thoughts when I recall my past
Are warm as you can see;
I miss my siblings alot today
But they gave great MEMORIES to me!!!!!!!!

Reason for writing:

    It was such fun back in the good,old days!!! The kids today have missed out on alot!
