At the front of the pack Ahead I see rocky roads The last exit to responsibility At least that's what I've been told But to lead the pack Or follow the generations masses It's always hard to step aside And watch as the procession passes The group that is no longer yours Holds in it's hands family and freinds Know the strong ties will hold true They'll to exit, and be there in the end To step back and see the loss as a gain Is the key to sanity, and the completion of the game To stand alone is to see the light The removed can always better see wrong from right So if to continue traveling Or retiring from the game Remeber to do for you And in that feel no shame 'Cause in the end You're responsible for one So turn that page And say It's been a hell of a run! No disrespect to those still on their paths We all leave on our own, or else suffer a wrath These times of perfection Will weigh rather heavy on mind When leaving with nothing In the memories solace you'll find If you can't you must Or the mind it'll bust Leave with a smile, knowing your nothing is something Else suffering eternally, from lifes lethal sting
Reason for writing:
I'm 23 and this is how I feel about my life right now. All of us, in my rather large group of freinds, are either getting on with their lives, or some of us still hang out at the bars quite regularily. I can not judge either group of people within the group because I to have been on either end of this lake. My address is 430 ellen st. Platteville, WI 53818 And I would appretiate any thing you could send that has to do with getting published, web or magazine or what ever!!!!!Birth sign: Not entered
