the face of loneliness is one i can't describe. i've seen it many times though, in my heart, it will not hide. sometimes i try to cover up by putting on a smile. accompanied by a laugh, my heart breaking all the while. but frowns replace my smiling face and laughs are masked by tears. eyes are red and puffy from crying through the years. my heart is torn in pieces, fragments of a lonely life. more breaking every minute. cuts sharply like a knife. actions, slow and forceful will never be the same. no notice to my surroundings... playing life as a lonely game.
Reason for writing:
