hope

by The Rain King,Pisces(February 21) - Not entered

(NOTE:The following poem is more like an apology and a
thank you then anything else.Unlike my other poems, this is
not seen through my eyes, but rather through another's
mind.Still, feel free to interpret it anyway you choose.)

sleep
your good pain has faded away
and left me on the pavement
spin them around,
tear them down

it comes down harder now,
but it never seems to hurt
and he acts like it doesn't matter
when he steals the stars from the sky
and drowns them in the ocean below
I don't need to think anymore

I wish it wouldn't matter
and it's better that it no longer does
still,I'll leave a light on
but simply walk away

i'd fall into you,if i could only find you.
lies don't bleed here
times don't stop here
i see a light on,and i'm never alone now.
not here
never here
