but my third love gave me eyes to see,
and cry such happy tears.
to my first love, i gave my kisses.
to my second love, i gave my care.
to my third love, i gave my hopes and dreams-
i wanted them to share.
well, my first love gave me passion.
and my second love made me secure.
but it was my third love that took my hopes and dreams...
and gave me even more!
Reason for writing:
i've had three guys in my life that i feel that i truley
loved. to each one i gave a little more of myself, and i
learned that the more i give, the more i get back.
