Deep in my heart there is a song. A song of love and sadness. A song of hope and despair. This song I have sung I have sung it for you. The verse portrays my love. My wish to be with you But The chorus tells me My wish will not come true My wish cannot come true And I know the reason why I’ve been ignored by you. You don’t even know I’m alive. Standing in the shadows I see you in the light I wish I were there with you Standing in the light. Basking in love and happiness. Wishing it would never end. The only way it could happen, Is to you, the song, to send. Deep in my heart there is a song. A song of love and joy, A song of hope and dreams I will sing this Aika for us.

I wrote this poem for an english essay, but I intended to send it to the guy I like.
