Love at Work

by Kevin-- Cancer - Not entered

For six months I sat and stared
Watching you
Hearing you speak
And learning your thoughts
Filled with doubt I don't ask you out
I sit and stare
I throw out the fear and ask you out
You say yes
And my life is turned about
For hours everyday we talk
Till one of us must reluctantly part
We see each other at work
But nothing we can say
We exchange glances, stares, smiles and thoughts
We call each other our secret names
People look at us as if we were insane
If they only knew how in love I'am with you
They would smile and hope that you love me too
Now you must go
My favorite part of the night
I can show my feelings now that we are out of sight
We kiss and say goodnight
With a smile you say call me tonight
Now I must go back into that dreadful place
But I now have a smile on my face
