I shine brilliantly in the dark Magnificently coloring the sky With my glittering yellow rays... Surrounded by my sparkling knights, the stars Have been such a loyal sharing all my beauty and all my pride in the night sky... With my strength I pull the tides of the oceans below Such a glory To be able to rule right here in the night sky... Why oh why do I have to share This crown of mine With my brother, The Sun How I wish that I could rule this sky of mine all the time....
Reason for writing:
I wanted to write something about the moon, but then I wanted it to be a bit artistic.
The thought about the sun came into my mind and I wanted to connect them both.
So I did that in such a way as Kings and those who rule...
