God

by Ryan M. Hill - Not entered

God, I know that some day the world will end,
but I don't fear it, because I know I'll descend.
The grass and the ocean will become no more,
but with a hint of blood and gore.
I will be lifted in spite of the worlds end,
I will be left for you to defend.
As long as I know who will take me after the fury,
I know that I won't have to worry.

Reason for writing:

Because, some day the world will end as God said,
and I know I'll be in the right hands.
