Race Track Dreams

by Megan Bailey*virgo - Not entered

That night
You held me so tight
With your arms around me
I was protected from the world
I was loved more then ever
You held me so tenderly
As though I might break
It was as though we were the only ones
The only ones on this great earth
I could only see you.
No one could ever compare to you.
You brush back my hair
As though the wind kissed it,
And so softly whispered those three words.
Those words, made me fall for you.
Ever since I've been enveloped by your love.
It was as though we were the only ones
The only ones on this great earth
I could only see you.
No one could ever compare to you.
As you held me tight
I was safe within your love
And I knew it was true love.
We held eachother so tight
Hoping the end would never come to that night
It was as though we were the only ones
The only ones on this great earth
I could only see you
No one can compare to you.
With all that wishing
You would of thought that night would of never ended
But that night came to a end way to soon.
You so sorrowfully looked at me one last time.
We had to part,
With one final kiss from heaven,
You walked away.
It was as though we were the only ones
The only ones on this great earth
I could only see you.
No one could ever compare to you,
And your true love.

Reason for writing:

One night with a special guy.
