HIMANI

by RASHMI ROY - Not entered

HIMANI

Deep in my heart
A memory lies
That reminds me of you,
So much that I cry.
         Some tears for joy
         Others for sorrow
         I remember tonight,
         Iremember tomorrow.
These thoughts do not pass
They stay in my heart
Now reminiscing,
They tear me apart.
        I remember saying
       That wonderful phrase
        Mausi, I love you
        in so many ways.
Such a happy beginning
Just like a dream,
Never to end
Then.... so it seemed.
        But some things do end
        I now realize,
        Even good things,
        But I still wonder
        Why?
