I need someone to be there for me, someone that understands and sees, I need a person to tell me I'm great, that will listen to me through every heartache. I need someone to be there when I'm down, to say I look better without a frown. I need a guy to hold me tight, to tell me everything will be alright, a guy that will never want to leave my side, that will never even try to tell me a lie. I need to be told how much I am loved, not thrown to the side or pushed or shoved. I need someone to say that my ex-boyfriend was wrong, that finding another like me will take him too long, that i was too good for him anyway, that he was crazy when he left that day. I need someone to hold my hand, not to slip through my fingers like sand. I need a soulmate and a friend, a person on which I can always depend.
