She Thinks She's Broken

by Andrew J Hiscock - Not entered

She lies there broken, just awoken,
She feel's there's no one, no one there,

She's sad deep down,
There's just blackness ahead,

She wants, what was
But it's gone for now,
Please look forward,
Yes forward from this hour,

Move on, move up, move anywhere,
You'll get there, one day, yes he'll hear your prayer,

Don't keep saying that you can't look forward,
YOU CAN, for me, for you,

Remember your child who looks up,
Yes, to you, as a model to follow,
Your someone there for them, to trust,
Don't feel so hollow,

Take it from me,
A deep thought to ponder,

Walk that meadow, you choose where to go,
Just keep going forward,
You'll get there soon,

Yes to that place where you want to be,
And, not for me, but for you.
