Carbon plated lies and ciphers Diamond glass and dead pro-lifers Worlds of pain and dying corpse No one left to feel remorse Your eyes as bloodshot as mine Up in Valhalla, drinking wine Tears of blood pool down, you cry Missed the trip with the Valkyrie It's when the world is lost in dreams You can clearly hear its screams No more hope when all is night No way to search out the sacred light The candles in the moonlight bathe Lyres tuned to death for the dancing wraith Shrouds in twilight twirl and dive Almost seems we are alive There was a time we felt the same Then tables turned and all has changed Walk all your paths alone At the end, your name in stone It's when the world is lost in dreams You can clearly hear its screams No more hope when all is night No way to search out the sacred light
