Being Alone

by Crystal Penn - Not entered

Being Alone

The loneliness I feel is oh so real,
To escape this hell I will take a pill.
I dream of another time another place,
It is quiet and peaceful here;
Shimmering floods of light I see bright yet softly gentle,
Rainbow colors caress my face vividly touchable,
I dare not awake would be detestable,
In here time stands still,
I hear yet there is no sound,
I sense a presence real or unreal I know not!
