Erased

by Pisces - Not entered

Erased

The sixty minutes watch,
Ticking my life away.
Crossing off the calendar,
Wasting every single day.

Pencils are writing novels.
But nothing is being said.
All is being erased,
Just ending up dead.

Leaky faucets dripping.
Every drop I hear.
Turn the handle to shut it off,
Just like turning off my tears.

No one can hear the words I say.
Does anyone even care?
Does anyone want to know
These things I want to share?

No, I'm being erased.

Reason for writing:

I was bored in biology class, and it seems to be long and tedious and boring, like a leaky faucet. All we do in that class is keep checking our watches, and they are just ticking our lives away.
