December

by Scott - Not entered

It was December
the days were cold
the days were dark
the wind roared
the frost bit

The door opened
you packed up
you walked out
the day you left
It was December

The hammer fell
the ground shook
the smoke lifted
the day you died
It was December

Reason for writing:

I was just sitting in English class and I started writing poetry. This poem is what came out. I just started writing and there it was..it is kind of spooky, but hey ... so is life.
