As I sit here slowly pondering Pondering over what the poets say I realize through my mind's a wandering That poetry's just not my way See we found each other recently We've moved slowly, and slightly scared But tonight my mind's a wandering, Because tonight you cared to share I know we've found some heartstrings And you've made some things seem a new But through my mind's a wandering. Question? How do I make your dreams come true? And though I can't say which way we're going See sometimes the newness can grow old But I smile in my mind's a wandering Cause for now... we're on a roll So I'll wait for what tomorrow brings And more joys that we may reap Cause you just may leave my mind a wandering And my heart just skipping beats For those reasons, I'll end this simply you've brought a peace to my life's hectic pace I look forward to seeing you shortly So we can just a wander.... Just a wandering in our special place.
