I Thought You Loved Me

by Katie-Sagittarius - Not entered

Days go by when I don't think about you,
I have places to go and things to do.

When I'm alone and no one else is home,
My imagination begins to roam.

I dream of the days so long and so sweet,
The days when you swept me off my feet.

When you were near, I could do it all,
Then there was the night you forgot to call.

You said you couldn't go out,
there wasn't a question, I had no doubt.

I wanted to suprise you, so I threw some clothes on,
I drove over to your house, but you were already gone.

I thought you loved me, but that lie wasn't true,
It's a shame, because now were through.
