How can I wish upon a shooting star, when it has fallen out of distant sight? And how can I dream of tomorrow? When today doesn’t even seem right? Under the starry sky, I’ve imagined how it could be, If I could tell you my love, and you felt the same about me, our hearts joined as one, never to part once more, hand in hand we’d walk along the moonlit shore... When I look into your eyes, it just breaks me down, for then I realize how much love I truly have for you, your are my world, you are my dream, you are my all, but our hearts are so far apart, what is it that I can do? How can I wish upon a shooting star, when the dream I cherish is fading away, without being with the one I truly love, my heart dies a little more with each day...
