and the federales came no one knows just when their badges shined very well they dined these egocentric men the federales came without the means to stop these power-hungry cops the people feared their name this federale reign over all they spied both day and night to win they lied no truth in sight this federale fright this nation shrank from this federal rank it crushed the soul and the free man's role this federale skank the laws they laid oh how well they saw would turn innocent maid into outlaw we'd all be renegade and to this it has come brought to it's knees no longer the home for the brave and the free by federal decree so who are these men who so strive to rule ten men in ten as we all play the fool for this federal trend so who are these men they are people trained well by those who'g go far our freedom they'd sell to make federal men and this nation of might and free men now see they're losing the fight to keep themselves free from This democracy but fear fills the air these days in this land where men lose their care and the strength in their hand to seek out life's dare for we move ever toward from the virtues we had what was won by the sword to the weak and the sad and the lot of the bored and by all that was proud we now find fashion to say let chic be our shroud that strength is passe' yes, let chic rule the day but all is not lost for our fathers saw need to let us bear arms to protest freedom's creed from all enemies and to all those who care and have strength of heart they must carry the flare of this nations first start to the federal lair
Reason for writing:
why this rhyme? I don't know if anyone has taken notice but within the borders of the United States lies two separate and quite distinct entities. One is comprised by the people who populate the land and the other is the federal government. The latter cannot survive without the former. However, the FED does not make itself accountable to the people of this nation. Rather, it has become a self-serving entity existing for itself. It is a living thing complete with a voracious will to survive regardless of the damage it has inflicted upon the hand that feeds it. There is a very acute sense of disappointment about this truth but not to such degree as the apathy and blatant carelessness the American people display. The insidious enslaving of the American people, as witnessed by the federal war to remove their freedoms, is the very same act that compelled the beginning of this nation. There is a very keen spark in the air. Which side will ignite first. Make no mistake, there exists a very weighty truth upon the American people to live up to. It is always better to act rather than react. Finally, federal employees have no accountability. They can perform their duties to the American people well and earn their pay, or they can aspire to mediocrity. Either way they go home with a paycheck and guarantee of continued employment. Show the American people accountability for all activities of the government and a natural streamlining will occur.Birth sign: Leo
