Miles Between Us

by Megan Bailey*virgo - Not entered

With every mile between us,
My heart aches a thousand
Times greater then before.
My lips cry out your name
And my eys search for yours,
But it's all in vain.
The miles are too many
The pain too much.
So when I do return
Just hold me in your arms,
Let me rest in your safety.
Let there never be miles between us.
Because with every mile,
My heart aches more.
