Unloveable Daughter

by Megan Bailey*virgo - Not entered

Am I so unloveable
That my father can never love me?
Everytime I attempt to do
What he wishes of me
I only fail to meet his expectations.
He wants me to do his sports,
I don't do good enough.
He wants me to be perfect,
When I try he harshly calls me Miss. Perfect.
He wants me to be smart,
When I try he calls me know-it-all.
I can never be good enough,
In his judging eyes.
Am I so unloveable
That the day I was born
My heanenly father cringed,
The way my earthly one did.
