A Haunting Dream

by Brad Gray - Not entered

Throughout her dreams
That moment
The cries of No!
No!
Help!
But nobody is there to help
Only he who is to become her demon
He forces himself upon her
Still she cries No!
No!
Help!
Her innocence is taken
Not given
She has no choice
She is overpowered
The tears begin flowing
As she cries No!
No!
Help!
There is no escape
Even as it ends
It remains within
Those desperate, haunting cries of No!
No!
Help!
And then her eyes open
To a harsh reality
Where her dreams
And her waking state
Have become one
And as these memories remain
She will forever cry No!
No!
Help!
