Those times we had they were the best, Even when our friendship was put to the test. We went through everything, always together, We'd always think we'd live forever. Nothing in our world could ever go wrong, No one could touch us when we were this strong. You were there for me, I was there for you, There wasn't anything we couldn't do. We always laughed, almosst never cried, There wasn't an emotion we had to hide. Then something happened I never thought could be, A car hit you, but he probably thought he hit a tree. I was coming to see you the very next day, I was so happy that all the bad was floating away. As I walked to the car to go to the hospital that night, Suddenly everyone was crying, whispering everything will be all right. With all the confusion and things going wrong, I didn't realize what was going on. Then I realized you were actually gone. It hurts so much because you're not here, But in my heart you'll always be near. It makes me so mad because he walks free, He doesn't care what he's done to me. I'm sure one day I'll see you again, I want you to know, I'll always be your best friend. If I do see you, it'll be a dream come true, I want you to know, I really miss you.
