by Rebeccah de Minet - Not entered

In the twilight of my half-shrouded consciousness
I wait for you to come to me again
I think of all I know you to be
Wondering at how this will change us
With only fear to guide me thruogh the
Dark times, always until I can find you again.
Always hoping for you to save me
Funny - for I am your one salvation
This wicked carousel that we spin on
This life that we have chosen together
One always behind the other,
So rarely side by side
When tenderly you kiss me
Once again to say goodbye.

Reason for writing:

    For my beloved Katherine.
