I Wish
I wish I could live forever.
I wish Icould stay the age I am.
I wish older people don't have to go away
to that place up in the stars.
I wish people could understand how important
he is to me.
I wish he didn't have to go away without
saying goodbye.
I wish he could stay as long as I can.
I wish I could help somehow.
I wish nobody had to die.
I wish he could be here forever.
I wish that if he goes away that
he'll get his crown of jewels he deserves.

Reason for writing:
I write alot of poems and this is my favorite , because it's about my grandpa when he passed away. I actually wrote this before it happened when he was sick. And I put it in the program for the funeral. I write poems because sometimes it's easier to put into words on a piece of paper then trying to say them. I write my thoughts on a piece of paper whenever something comes tomind I just write it down and turn the words around into a poem.
