Hate, a four letter word. So easy to say I guess that's why It's so easy to portray. But what about love, it has four letters too. Then why is it so hard to show it, Between me and you. We are the same race, the human race. If there is inequality, then we can't keep pace. There's no real black or white, only pink and shades of brown. When our creeds can blend in equality, Then will ring a harmless sound, a sound of peace and generosity.
Reason for writing:
Foreword by Joanne Y : Brian here, wrote this poem about equality for Anthropology class. He is 14 years old, and goes to the California Academy of Mathematics and Science (better known as CAMS). This is just one of his many talented poems he has written. One quote that I myself loved was, They interwine as man and wife, The sweetest seduction of Nature's life. If you can't send an e-mail to him, send it to me, Joanne Y., at 9star9@compuserve.com and I will send him the message.Enjoy!Birth sign: Not entered
