Drinking the gall of selfish lies watching her leave without goodbyes crushing the love beneath the feet that left me standing in the sleet of frozen tears and eulogies empty words and lockless keys I drink the gall in hope of wine I take the stab as if it's mine in hopes that when I taste the truth it will slay not my tired youth
