Daddy's Little Girl

by Annika - Scorpio

Mixed memories of you,
Now you try to make up for all the mistakes.
For the time
You missed so many years ago.
But you can't
You ingore me when I did right, desrving praise
Only when I did wrong were you there to reprimand and scold me.
I grew up-only you didn't realize it
Because you weren't there to take me by my hand, day by day
You weren't there for my tears or my first crush.
I never felt like 'Daddy's Little Girl'
I was never good enough in daddy's eyes.

Reason for writing:

How I feel about my dad's and my relationship
