TYSON

by Dez Johnson - Not entered

There once was a guy who had a special name
He had everything and all the game
The Earth which he slept was the place he called Home
The one Thursday night to all he was known
He'll be gone from me for the longest time
He remains a sweet memory in my mind
He didn't see life, but through a scene
November 19th, the last day of seventeen
A best friend is what he'll always be
He didn't know how much he meant to me
Was there something I could do to stop his pain?
I see him everyday over and over again
Some people just don't think about life in a serious way
His pain was a hunger, stronger each day
SweetPea he called me, Chug-a-Lugg our song
You never know what you have had, until it's finally gone.

Dedicated to my best friend in the whole world. Tyson, I hope you know how much I miss you.
I hope to see you in the next life. I love you, Your friend,
