Shallow is the man who treats others wrong And walks around pretending in his hearts a song Sowing many seeds that will never grow The deeds of his heart God will forever know Shallow is the man who turns his back on a friend Reaping what was sown will he earn in the end Casting aside those stepped on along the way Knowing everything will come back around one day Shallow is the man who fools only himself Cares about nothing except his own wealth God will decide who is rich or who is poor Will He let you in or be left at the door?
