Reason for writing:
This poem was written at a time when I was (and still am) absolutely obsessed with audi components. Music is one of my greatest passions. I wrote this poem
for Judge Watson (Skiz) who equally shared my addiction for things electronic. In fact, we had an audio-video club that spanned the entire eastern seaboard and
beyond to places like Chicago, Puerto Rico and Arizona. Interest in computers sort of killed us off in 1988, but at least we had the opportunity to build some of the greatest sound systems this side of the Mississippi!
Those days were such fun. I know many of you have the same addiction. COME ON! ADMIT IT! :-). By the by-James Watson is Colin Powell's first cousin. I understand that Colin has an affinity for things electronic as well,
but I don't think they play music!
