Fade Away

by JANE - Not entered

So quick to critisize
it's too easy to stand by
and say shes no good
They've never stepped into her shoes
or seen the world through her eyes
and they can't read her mind
They say wouldn't do that
there choices would be different
they wouldn't do drugs
But she's desperate
and they're all she's got
to take away the pain
Some say she does it for attention
but the truth is
all she wants to do is fade away.

Reason for writing:

I'm not saying drugs are the answer, but if someone is using them don't judge them until you can say you know why they use them.
