A Simple Kiss

by Brad Wilhelm (Capricorn) - Not entered

to you, what is a kiss?
to me 'tis but a simple request
for how my lips ache to touch thine
our sweetest flesh melded
like berries on the vine
and the taste of your mouth
the warm phantom breaths you sigh
creep upon my flesh and posess my mind
so i'll continue this marriage
of kisses to your face
never to break from our timeless embrace

Reason for writing:

i wrote this while thinking about how badly i wanted
to kiss this one girl i knew.
