With this wish I have tonight, I look at the stars in the velvet sky, pray upon the one that's bright, and ask the Lord to send this gift of mine. A package for only you, wrapped with warmth, love, and friendship too. It holds inside the truth which I hope makes it's way to you real soon. Reason for writing:
I wrote this for my friend who had b-day on the 21st of January (I think). I wanted to get this on here sooner for her to read, but I'm a little late. I did remember that date before she wrote me about it. I didn't forget you Drazel! I hope you're doing great and look forward to seeing more of your poetry.
