Missing You

by Sindel - cancer - Not entered

Sitting alone in this dark hallow tomb
My heart bleeds as I wait for you
Each shadow cast resembles your face
Your voice echoes words I cannot erase
Pale moonlight fills the room
Silhouettes surround me, yet none is you
Dancing in circles, burning tortured soul
Needing you, wanting you....
Love takes it's toll
Time passes slowly when you are away
The angels fall silent, the demons don't play
Lapsed in memories, the pictures in my mind
I hold them close for misery is unkind
Tortured heart while we are apart
Overwhelming tears do start
They fill the room with an ocean of pain
In it I am drowning, screaming your name
Come to me, fall into my arms
I need you here, I long for your charms
But alas I wait, silent and alone
I wait for you to find your way home.
