Nature Friends

Laying on the soft warm sand,
I gazed at my nature friends.

The ever-changing little white clouds,
Were moving languidly amongst the crowd.

Tiny twinkling beautiful stars,
Looked like babies from afar.

It was a beautiful moonlite nite,
Round faced moon shone with all it's might.

A soft cool breeze was blowing,
And I could hear the sound of tiny waves lapping.

The shimmering water rippled as rain dropped,
Somehow,I felt that it wont stop.

I left the place with an intangible sense,
Looking back,I said goodbye to my friends.

I smiled as I gazed back at them,
And promised that the next time I would bring my man
