UNDERTOW

by Douglas A. Manteuffel /leo/ - Not entered

just before the rising sun light of day unknow you were taken away my friend easily distracted and stoned cut off from the world now you sink into the unknown UNDERTOW--so break on free UNDERTOW--your minds your disease UNDERTOW--let our silence speak UNDERTOW--spread our wings and fly from this unborn sky lets crawl out to the sea lets find our hidden minds yesterday was the first breath waves they wash up lost time cut off from the world they'll never break our soul UNDERTOW--lets fly from this unborn city sky

Reason for writing:

Inspired by a very scarey dream , you know the kind were it wakes you up out of a dead sleep. You dont know where you are until the farmilar shadows of your room remind you. So I woke up. it was about 4:30 A.M. my notebook was my canvass and the words flowed like a song in my head.
