A friend's love

by Amanda - Libra - Not entered

You frusterate me so much
when you don't see
Why can't you leave him
and let him be
He doesn't love you
This I know
For this is not
how it's supposed to show
He causes pain
in your eyes I see the hurt
He puts you down
and leaves you in the dirt
I told because I care
I don't wanna see him hurt you
I did what I thought was right
and what is true
Plus, what a real friend would do
Please don't be mad
I did it in your best interest
I did it not to make you mad
but to make you safe
That's not just playing
He's taken it too far
I know you can fight this
I know how strong you are

I will always be here
A friend for always

I did what I did out of -
the best thing you can have -
       A friends Love

Reason for writing:

I wrote this because a good friend of mine was getting hit by her boyfriend, and I am still in school, so I told. I don't regret any of it. Thank God she is still friends with me. Email me if you like it.
