Reason for writing:
Years ago, I was asked to write a poem about a drug addict and the possible
implications his or her actions may have on their life. I wrote Damion and have
been writing what I term 'character sketches' ever since. In fact, several of
these character sketches have been accepted for publication this autumn. I will
put a few more on the page so that my poet friends may see them in cyber space
before they see them on the paper page.
