A Bleeding Heart

by Kristen & Lindsay - Not entered

A girl so sick,
then she died.
Mother lost care,
of hope and lullaby.

The absence of her daughter,
burned a hole through her heart.
She never knew,
they'd be so far apart.

Nothing but a frown,
upon her face.
The world was passing by her,
at a slow and insteady pace.

Life was so bad
For the woman so sad.

Finally, she picked up the peices of her life,
and put them back together.
She knew her daughter was up above,
she knew she'd be there forever.

She found a love,
and a daughter again.
A daughter to call hers,
A daughter to call her friend.

But she never forgot,
the daughter she once knew.
How their love cam to a blossom,
then faded to a gloom.
